EID Mubarak + Ramadan
Different cultures have different ways of celebrating their holidays and we love, love the diversity!
Ramadan is one of the most important religious events celebrated by Muslims throughout the world. It lasts 30 days and this year begins on Friday, April 24th and ends Saturday, May 23rd. This month is a time for participants to practice prayer, fasting, and personal reflection.
Ramadan is concluded with a large celebration called The Feast of Fast Breaking that lasts for 3 days!
During this time Muslims say special prayers, exchange gifts, enjoy and share yummy dishes with family and friends such as fish stew, lamb tagine, kobele chicken, saffron rice, samosas, curries, kabobs, banana fritters, and rose petal pound cake among many more Yum!
COVID-19 outbreak has restricted all of our private gatherings due to social distancing guidelines. So this year, this celebration might be shared virtually, via Zoom chats, or in small intimate groups. No matter however small, the CELEBRATION will go on!
In this Spirit our Soiree Team has put together a wonderful Party Kit to celebrate Ramadan! It includes wonderful items to make this Joyous event just that much more Special for you and your Loved ones!
